यह सवाल भी अधिकांश बच्चों द्वारा पूछा जाता है कि किस उम्र में हम हस्तमैथुन शुरू कर सकते हैं. किसी भी उम्र को इसकी के लिए निर्धारित नहीं किया जा सकता. वास्तविकता यह है कि किसी भी व्यक्ति को अपनी तरफ से कोशिश करके हस्तमैथुन की शुरुआत नहीं करनी चाहिए. आपका शरीर आवश्यकता पड़ने पर खुद ही को इस क्रिया की तरफ ले जाएगा जो कि एक प्राकृतिक शुरुआत होगी और सेहत के लिए अच्छी भी. जरूरत धैर्य रखने की है.
सावधानियां:-
हस्तमैथुन करने वाले लोग अक्सर छुप छुपाकर, डरी हुई अवस्था में कैसे करते हैं जिससे उनके मन में तनाव बना रहता है और वह इस क्रिया को भी सही तरीके से नहीं कर पाते. जिससे उन्हें बार-बार ऐसे करने की जरूरत महसूस होती है जबकि अगर इस क्रिया को भी वैसे ही किया जाए जैसे अपने किसी साथी के साथ करते हैं तो आप आवश्यक नियमों का पालन कर पाएंगे. एकांत का ख्याल रखना बहुत जरूरी है क्रिया को करते समय. इसे करते हुए अपने अंदर किसी भी तरह के अपराध भाव को ना आने दे. यह बिल्कुल सामान्य क्रिया है. सम्मान के साथ उपयुक्त वातावरण में आप इसे करें तो आप इसके कारण होने वाले अनेक दुष्प्रभावों से खुद को बचा सकते हैं.
